Please take notice that the Court, First Division, issued a Resolution dated July 14, 2021 which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 13000 [Formerly CBD Case No. 17-5313] (Antonio Capacio, complainant, v. Atty. Democrito C. Barcenas, respondent). — The Notice of Resolution 1 dated December 15, 2019 of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines, Board of Governors is NOTED. The Court resolves to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendations of the Investigating Commissioner in the attached Report and Recommendation 2 dated June 22, 2019, which the Integrated Bar of the Philippines, Board of Governors likewise adopted and approved with modifications. The Complaint against Atty. Democrito C. Barcenas is DISMISSED.
Accordingly, the case is considered CLOSED and TERMINATED.
