G.R. No. 200312(Joseph Calixto v. Sps. Lolita Santos and Enrico Santos).
RESOLUTION
The Court resolves, after a review of the records, to DENY the petition for failure to show that the Court of Appeals committed a reversible error in denying Calixto's motion for extension of time and ordering his petition for review expunged from the records.
Likewise, the petition lacks the proper verification.
