Please take notice that the Court, Second Division, issued a Resolution datedOctober 19, 2022which reads as follows:
"G.R. No. 220318 (SHIRLEY CABIGUEN AND ISLAND RESORT GROUP [LEISURE] CORPORATION, petitioners v. HEIRS OF CELESTINO TABI REPRESENTED BY ANGELINA TABLAZON AND ATTY. KISSAK BATONG GABAEN, REGIONAL HEARING OFFICER, NATIONAL COMMISSION ON INDIGENOUS PEOPLES, respondents). — Considering the length of time the case has been pending before this Court, and to maintain judicial economy and efficiency, the parties are required to move in the premises within a non-extendible period of 20 days upon receipt of this order to inform this Court of:
(1) The current status of the case entitled Heirs of Celestino Tabi represented herein by Angelina Tablazon v. Shirley Cabiguen, Island Resort Leisure Group Corporation/Durita Corporation represented by Peter Ponnett, pending before the National Commission on Indigenous Peoples; and EcTCAD
(2) The status of the 16-hectare portion of Ariara Island subject of the instant Petition.
The parties may make further manifestations as may be warranted relating to the legal issues in this case.
