Please take notice that the Court, Second Division, issued a Resolution dated July 6, 2022 which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 11463 [Formerly CBD Case No. 17-5465] (George Cabarloc, Jr., complainant v. Atty. Enrico Voltaire Almeda, respondent) — The Notice of Resolution dated January 26, 2020 of the Board of Governors of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines is NOTED. The Court resolves to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendations of the Investigating Commissioner in the attached Report and Recommendation dated December 19, 2018, which the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Board of Governors likewise adopted and approved. The Complaint against Atty. Enrico Voltaire Almeda is DISMISSED for lack of merit.
