Please take notice that the Court, Third Division, issued a Resolution dated March 28, 2022, which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 10828 (Jennifer Cabalfin, Complainant, v. Atty. Justiniano B. Panambo, Jr., Respondent). — The Court resolves to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendations of the Office of the Bar Confidant in the attached Report and Recommendation dated June 7, 2021. The Complaint against Atty. Justiniano B. Panambo, Jr. is hereby DISMISSED.
Accordingly, the case is considered CLOSED and TERMINATED.
