NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court, Third Division, issued a Resolution datedJuly 13, 2022, which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 13329 (SPO2 Alex M. Bustamante (Ret.) v. Atty. Bumin N. Pasiwen). — The September 11, 2021 Resolution 1 of the Board of Governors of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) in CBD Case No. 18-5887 is NOTED. The Court resolves to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendation of the Investigating Commissioner in the attached Report and Recommendation 2 dated February 12, 2020, which the Board of Governors of the IBP likewise adopted and approved. The complaint against Atty. Bumin N. Pasiwen is DISMISSED for lack of merit.
Accordingly, the case is considered CLOSED and TERMINATED.
