After a careful review of the records of this case, We ADOPT the findings of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Board of Governors in CBD Case No. 15-4799, finding Atty. Julieto R. Marco GUILTY of conduct unbecoming of a lawyer and impose upon him the penalty of REPRIMAND, with a STERN WARNING that a repetition of the same or a similar offense will warrant the imposition of a more severe penalty.
