This is a civil administrative case, Prudencio C. Borlaza, Leonila B. Pasadilla, and Manolito L. Ang vs. Atty. Don Angelo S. Luna (A.C. No. 10210). The Supreme Court of the Philippines adopted and approved the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendation of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Commission on Bar Discipline. The complaint against Atty. Luna was dismissed due to lack of sufficient evidence to prove the charge of gross negligence and incompetence in handling the case of the complainants.

Please take notice that the Court, Second Division, issued a Resolution dated03 June 2019which reads as follows:

"A.C. No. 10210 (Prudencio C. Borlaza, Leonila B. Pasadilla, and Manolito L. Ang v. Atty. Don Angelo S. Luna)

The Court RESOLVES to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendation of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Commission on Bar Discipline in the Resolution 1 dated December 8, 2017 in CBD Case No. 15-4625. Accordingly, the administrative complaint 2 against respondent Atty. Don Angelo S. Luna is DISMISSED.
