Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated MARCH 13, 2012, which reads as follows:
"G.R. No. 198890 (Maria Teresa S. Bondoc, et al. vs. Hon. Ramon J.P. Paje, in his capacity as Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, et al.). — The Court Resolved to NOTE and REFER the following documents to the COURT OF APPEALS due to prior referral of this case to the said court per resolution dated February 21, 2012:
(a) Compliance/Manifestation dated February 29, 2012 filed by counsel for petitioners, stating that they have already filed a Consolidated Compliance/Reply to all the Comments of the respondents, including that of the Governor of Bulacan and the Sangguniang Panlalawigan; and
