NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court, Second Division, issued a Resolution dated 12 July 2021which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 13069 (Robenito C. Bonayan v. Atty. Joseph Ador A. Ramos). — The Court NOTES the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Board of Governors': (1) Notice of Resolution 1 No. XXI-2014-926 dated December 13, 2014 which adopted and approved the undated Report and Recommendation 2 of the Investigating Commissioner, and suspended respondent Atty. Joseph Ador A. Ramos from the practice of law for two (2) years for violation of Canon 16, Rule 16.01, Canon 18, Rules 18.03 and 18.04 of the Code of Professional Responsibility; and (2) Notice of Resolution 3 dated October 28, 2017 in CBD Case No. 11-2979 which granted the motion for reconsideration 4 of respondent to reverse the earlier decision suspending him from the practice of law for two (2) years, and dismissed the complaint 5 considering that complainant Robenito C. Bonayan himself was the cause of the non-publication of the summons; both transmitted by letter 6 dated April 28, 2021 of IBP Director Randall C. Tabayoyong, Commission on Bar Discipline.
WHEREFORE, the Court RESOLVES to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendation of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines in the Resolution dated October 28, 2017 and Extended Resolution 7 dated August 3, 2020. Accordingly, the administrative complaint against respondent Atty. Joseph Ador A. Ramos is hereby DISMISSED.
