NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution datedAPRIL 26, 2022, which reads as follows:
"UDK 17535 (Maria Paula Bocabil vs. Dolly Ann Canapit and Commission on Elections). — In accordance with Rule 64 and other related provisions of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure, as amended, as well as circulars, directives or orders of the Supreme Court, governing review of judgments and final orders or resolutions of the Commission on Elections (COMELEC), only petitions which are accompanied by or which comply strictly with the requirements specified therein shall be entertained. On the basis thereof, the Court Resolved to DISMISS the instant petition for non-compliance therewith, particularly for —
(i) failure to pay docket and other legal fees as required by Section 4, Rule 64 in relation to Section 3 (5th par.), Rule 46, 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure, as amended;
(ii) failure to accompany the petition with clearly legible duplicate originals or certified true copies of the assailed order and resolution of the COMELEC as required by Section 5 (2nd par.), Rule 64, same Rules; and
(iii) failure to submit proper verification as required by Section 5, Rule 64 in relation to Section 4, Rule 7, same Rules, it appearing that the attestations therein are incomplete.
In any event, the petition would still be dismissed for failure to sufficiently show that the COMELEC committed grave abuse of discretion in rendering the challenged order and resolution which, on the contrary, appear to be in accord with the facts and applicable law and jurisprudence."
