Please take notice that the Court, Third Division, issued a Resolution datedJune 10, 2020, which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 12726 (TESSA GIMENEZ BERNIER, complainant v. ATTY. JUAN LUIS CARPIO, respondent). — The March 22, 2018 Resolution of the Board of Governors of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines in CBD Case No. 15-4816 is NOTED. The Court resolves to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendation of the Investigating Commissioner dated December 9, 2017 which the Board of Governors of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines likewise adopted and approved. The complaint against Atty. Juan Luis Carpio is DISMISSED for lack of merit.
Accordingly, the case is considered CLOSED andTERMINATED.
