Please take notice that the Court, First Division, issued a Resolution dated November 10, 2020 which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 12781 [Formerly CBD Case No. 17-5428] (MARK NORMAN B. BERNARDEZ, complainant v. ATTY. NIMFA F. SILVESTRE-PINEDA, respondent). — The Notice of Resolution dated May 27, 2019, of the Board of Governors of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines is NOTED. The Court resolves to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendations of the Investigating Commissioner in the attached Amplified Memorandum dated December 12, 2017, which the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Board of Governors likewise adopted and approved. The Complaint against respondent ATTY. NIMFA F. SILVESTRE-PINEDA is DISMISSED.
Accordingly, the case is considered CLOSED and TERMINATED.
