"A.C. No. 12015 [Formerly CBD Case No. 14-4453] (Dr. Leilanie Barrios v. Atty. Brian M. Calizo). Notice of Resolution No. XXII-2017-1128 dated May 27, 2017 and Notice of Resolution No. XXII-2016-403 dated August 26, 2016 of the Board of Governors of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) are hereby NOTED. Considering that the findings of fact and recommendation of the Investigating Commissioner in the attached report and recommendation, as approved by the IBP Board of Governors, are supported by the evidence on record and applicable laws, the Court ADOPTS and ACCEPTS these findings and recommendation to dismiss the case against Atty. Brian M. Calizo.
