NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court, Second Division, issued a Resolution dated June 27, 2022 which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 11523 [Formerly CBD Case No. 18-5650] (Atty. Emelie P. Bangot, Jr.,complainant, v.Atty. Crisaldo R. Rioflorido,respondent). — The Court NOTES:
1. the Notice of Resolution No. CBD-2020-10-28 1 dated October 24, 2020 of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Board of Governors which approved and adopted the Report and Recommendation 2 of the Investigating Commissioner to dismiss the complaint for lack of merit; transmitted by letter dated November 9, 2021 of Director Avelino V. Sales, Jr., IBP Commission on Bar Discipline, together with the records and flash drive file of the case; and
2. the letter dated February 17, 2022 of Director Avelino V. Sales, Jr., IBP Commission on Bar Discipline, informing the Court that the entire records of the instant case, together with the resolution of the IBP Board of Governors had been transmitted to the Office of the Bar Confidant, this Court, on November 17, 2021, as shown in the attached letter-transmittal.
The Court resolves to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendation of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Investigating Commissioner in the attached Report and Recommendation which was adopted by the IBP Board of Governors in the Notice of Resolution dated October 24, 2020 in CBD Case No. 18-5650. The Complaint against Atty. Crisaldo R. Rioflorido is hereby DISMISSED.
