Balde, Jr. v. Adille
This is a civil case involving a complaint filed against Atty. Carlo Martin A. Adille and Atty. Esmeralda Paco-Adille. The complainants, Elias D. Balde, Jr. and Jason Balde, accused the respondent attorneys of violating the Code of Professional Responsibility and the Code of Judicial Conduct. However, the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Investigating Commissioner found no sufficient evidence to support the allegations. The IBP Board of Governors adopted the Commissioner's report and recommendation, which was then approved by the Supreme Court. Consequently, the complaint against Atty. Adille and Atty. Paco-Adille was dismissed.
