Please take notice that the Court, Third Division, issued a Resolution dated October 14, 2020, which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 10661 (INGRID C. BALAOING, complainant v. ATTY. PASTOR J. TRIMOR, JR., respondent). — The Court resolves to NOTE the letter dated November 26, 2019 of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) transmitting to the Court the documents pertaining to this case.
The Notice of Resolution in CBD Case No. 16-4999, dated March 22, 2018, of the Board of Governors (Board) of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) is NOTED. The Court resolves to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendation of the Investigating Commissioner in the attached Report and Recommendation dated June 30, 2017, which the IBP Board likewise adopted and approved. The Complaint against Atty. Pastor J. Trimor, Jr. is DISMISSED.
Accordingly, the case is considered CLOSED and TERMINATED.
