Please take notice that the Court, First Division, issued a Resolution dated March 6, 2019 which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 12397 [Formerly CBD 16-4921] (Ferdinand R.C. Bacolot v. Atty. Dax Malony P. Montealegre, Atty. Omar S. Redula, Atty. Briccio Joseph C. Boholst, Atty. Lolito S. Barbajo and Atty. Richard R. Bauzon)
The Notice of Resolutions, dated March 1, 2017 2 and June 29, 2018 3 of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Board of Governors (Board) are NOTED. Considering that the findings of fact and recommendation of the Investigating Commissioner in the attached September 26, 2016 Report and Recommendation, 4 approved by the Board, are supported by the evidence on record and applicable laws, the Court ADOPTS and ACCEPTS these findings and recommendation and hereby resolves to DISMISS the complaint against Atty. Dax Malony P. Montealegre.
Atty. Omar S. Redula, Atty. Briccio Joseph C. Boholst, Atty. Lolito S. Barbajo and Atty. Richard R. Bauzon are ORDERED excluded as parties to the case considering that complainant already dropped the case against them as he was convinced that they had no participation in the transaction subject of the complaint.
SO ORDERED."
