Babol v. Zamora

Please take notice that the Court, Third Division, issued a Resolution dated November 24, 2021, which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 12989 [formerly CBD Case No. 16-4871] (Mylyn April S. Babol and Chris Samuel S. Babol v. Atty. Lord Jude P. Zamora). — The Court NOTES the Notice of Resolution dated December 14, 2019 of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Board of Governors which adopted and approved the Investigating Commissioner's Report dated February 26, 2019 recommending the dismissal of the complaint against Atty. Lord Jude P. Zamora for lack of merit.
Finding the recommendation of the Investigating Commissioner and the IBP Board of Governors to be fully supported by the evidence on record and by applicable laws and jurisprudence, the Court RESOLVES to ADOPT and APPROVE the recommendation to dismiss the case against Atty. Lord Jude P. Zamora for lack of merit.
SO ORDERED."
