Please take notice that the Court, Second Division, issued a Resolution dated 02 September 2020 which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 10727 [Formerly CBD Case No. 16-4904] (Asian International Manpower Services, Inc. v. Attys. Hans Leo J. Cacdac, Jesus Gabriel C. Domingo, Rosemarie Gondranios-Duquez, Romelson E. Abbang, Sacel Anne M. Chua, et al.). — The Court RESOLVES to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendation of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) in its Report and Recommendation 1 dated September 24, 2018, as adopted and approved by the IBP Board of Governors in its Notice of Resolution 2 dated June 18, 2019. Accordingly, the disbarment complaint 3 against respondents Attys. Hans Leo J. Cacdac, Jesus Gabriel C. Domingo, Rosemarie Gondranios-Duquez, Romelson E. Abbang, Sacel Anne M. Chua, et al., is hereby DISMISSED for lack of merit.
