Please take notice that the Court, First Division, issued a Resolution dated March 6, 2019 which reads as follows:

"A.C. No. 12432 [formerly CBD Case No. 10-2722] (Joel Arlegui v. Atty. Madeline Mendoza-Guinto). — The Notice of Resolution dated June 28, 2018 of the Board of Governors of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) is hereby NOTED.

Considering that the findings of fact and recommendation of the Investigating Commissioner in the attached report and recommendation, as approved by the IBP Board of Governors, are supported by the evidence on record and applicable laws, the Court ADOPTS and ACCEPTS these findings and recommendation to DISMISS the case against Atty. Madeline Mendoza-Guinto.
