Please take notice that the Court, First Division, issued a Resolution dated March 4, 2019 which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 12355 [Formerly CBD Case No. 07-1999] (Albert Aquino and Ledesma Aquino v. Atty. Onofre Manalad). — The Notice of Resolution dated November 28, 2017 of the Board of Governors of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) in CBD Case No. 07-1999 is hereby NOTED.
Considering that the findings of fact and recommendation of the Investigating Commissioner in the attached report and recommendation, as approved by the IBP Board of Governors, are supported by the evidence on record and applicable laws, the Court ADOPTS and ACCEPTS these findings and recommendation to DISMISS the case against Atty. Onofre Manalad.
