EDUARDO APOSTOL, CARMELITA LABAUSA, ANTONIO APOSTOL AND BENJAMIN APOSTOL, petitioners, vs.DEMETRIA A. PASALO, respondent.
NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court, First Division, issued a Resolution datedJanuary 8, 2020which reads as follows:
"G.R. No. 248735 — (EDUARDO APOSTOL, CARMELITA LABAUSA, ANTONIO APOSTOL AND BENJAMIN APOSTOL, petitioners, versus DEMETRIA A. PASALO, respondent.)
After reviewing the instant Petition and its annexes, inclusive of the assailed Court of Appeals' (CA) Decision 1 dated July 5, 2018 and Resolution 2 dated August 5, 2019 in CA-G.R. CV No. 106581, the Court finds that petitioners Eduardo Apostol, Carmelita Labausa, Antonio Apostol and Benjamin Apostol failed to present any cogent and convincing argument warranting the reversal of the assailed CA Decision and Resolution. There is no reversible error committed by the court a quo that warrants the Court's discretionary exercise of its appellate jurisdiction. HTcADC
Therefore, the Court denies the instant Petition for lack of merit.
SO ORDERED."Lopez, J., on official leave.
Very truly yours,
(SGD.) LIBRADA C. BUENADivision Clerk of Court
