Please take notice that the Court, Second Division, issued a Resolution dated 10 May 2021which reads as follows:
"OCA IPI No. 20-3114-MTJ (Liwayway Andres, Ronnie Andres, Liza Andres, and Atty. Pablo B. Francisco v. Hon. Emmanuel Jesus P. Santos, Presiding Judge, Municipal Trial Court of Binangonan, Rizal, Branch 1). — The Court RESOLVES to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendation of the Office of the Court Administrator in the attached Report 1 dated January 20, 2021. Accordingly, the administrative complaint against Presiding Judge Emmanuel Jesus P. Santos, Municipal Trial Court of Binangonan, Rizal, Branch 1, is hereby DISMISSED for raising issues which are judicial in nature and for lack of merit. 2
