Valeña). — The Notices of Resolution No. XXII-2016-147 dated February 9, 2016 and XXII-2017-929 dated April 19, 2017 of the Board of Governors of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) are hereby NOTED. Considering that the findings of fact and recommendation of the Investigating Commissioner in the attached Report and Recommendation, as approved by the IBP-Board of Governors, are supported by the evidence on record and applicable laws, the Court ADOPTS and ACCEPTS these findings and recommendation to dismiss the case against Attys. Leopoldo T. San Juan, Reggie P. Nalzaro-Agustin, Robenson D. Avenida and Arnel Victor C. Valeña for lack of merit. HEITAD
