The Court RESOLVES to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendation of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Investigating Commissioner in her Report and Recommendation 1 dated October 3, 2016 which was adopted and approved by the IBP Board of Governors in its Notice of Resolution 2 dated November 29, 2017 in CBD Case No. 16-4894. Accordingly, the Disbarment complaint 3 against respondent Atty. Marcial Galahad Makasiar is hereby DISMISSED.
