"A.C. No. 8785 (formerly CBD Case No. 16-5029) (Emmanuel V. Alcaba v. Attys. Franco F. De Guzman and Nestor A. Cerezo). — The Notice of Resolution No. CBD-2020-10-11 dated October 10, 2020 issued by the Board of Governors of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines is NOTED. This Court resolves to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendations of the Investigating Commissioner in the attached Report and Recommendation dated March 20, 2020, which the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Board of Governors likewise adopted and approved. The complaint against Atty. Franco F. De Guzman and Atty. Nestor A. Cerezo is DISMISSED.
