Please take notice that the Court, Third Division, issued a Resolution datedJanuary 22, 2020, which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 12613 [Formerly CBD Case No. 17-5270] (In Re: CA-G.R. SF No. 03161 Aklan Electric Cooperative, Inc. v. National Labor Relations Commission, et al. against Atty. Remo T. Alindato) — The Court NOTES the letter dated August 28, 2019 of Atty. Randall C. Tabayoyong, Director for Bar Discipline of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Commission on Bar Discipline, transmitting to this Court the documents pertaining to this case.
The August 29, 2018 Notice of Resolution, 1 of the Board of Governors (Board) Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) is NOTED. The Court resolves to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendation of the Investigating Commissioner in the attached October 25, 2017 Report and Recommendation, 2 which the IBP Board has likewise adopted and approved. Thus, the Complaint is DISMISSED for lack of merit.
Accordingly, the case is considered CLOSED and TERMINATED.
