Please take notice that the Court, Second Division, issued a Resolution dated June 13, 2022 which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 13068 (Formerly CBD Case No. 14-4153) (Luciana P. Aguas v. Atty. Uldarico B. Mejorada). — This Court resolves to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendation of the IBP Board of Governors in the attached Extended Resolution 1 dated June 22, 2019. The administrative complaint against Atty. Uldarico B. Mejorada is DISMISSED.
Accordingly, the case is considered CLOSED and TERMINATED.
