NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated March 13, 2012, which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 4515 (Cecilia A. Agno vs. Atty. Marciano J. Cagatan). — The Court Resolved to:
(a) NOTE and GRANT the Manifestation and Motion dated February 2, 2012 filed by complainant Cecilia A. Agno, stating, among other things, that she secured from the Land Registration Authority of Quezon City a copy of the Transfer Certificate of Title of the property registered in the name of respondent Marciano Cagatan in compliance with the resolution of October 18, 2011 and praying that a Writ of Execution in accordance with Section 9(b), Rule 39 of the Rules of Court be issued and the instant case be referred to the Ex-Officio Sheriff, RTC, Quezon City, for satisfaction of the judgment; AaEcDS
(b) ISSUE a Writ of Execution against the respondent; and
(c) APPOINT the Ex-Officio Sheriff, RTC, Quezon City as Special Sheriff for the purpose." Del Castillo, J., on leave. (adv43)
