NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court, First Division, issued a Resolution dated December 10, 2014which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 10632 (Rustico R. Agapito, Jr. v. Atty. Rebene C. Carrera). — The Court RESOLVES to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendation of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines in the attached Resolution 1 dated September 28, 2013. Accordingly, the Court finds respondent Atty. Rebene C. Carrera GUILTY of serious misconduct for his unauthorized appearances as counsel for complainant Rustico R. Agapito, Jr. before the National Labor Relations Commission and is thus meted with the penalty of SUSPENSION for a period of six (6) months, with a STERN WARNING that a repetition of the same infraction will merit a more severe sanction. 2
