Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated JULY 15, 2014, which reads as follows:
"G.R. No. 211559(Eric F. Acosta and Nathaniel G. Dela Paz vs. Hon. Paquito N. Ochoa, Jr., in his capacity as Executive Secretary, et al.); G.R. No. 211567(PROGUN [Peaceful Responsible Owners of Guns], Inc. vs. Philippine National Police); and G.R. No. 212570(Guns and Ammo Dealers Association of the Philippines, Inc. vs. Philippine National Police, et al.). — Acting on the Verified Petition for Contempt dated July 2, 2014 filed by counsel for petitioner in G.R. No. 211567, the Court Resolved to require the Philippine National Police, through its Chief, Gen. Alan Purisima, P/Supt. Moro Virgilio M. Lazo, Chief, Firearms and Explosive Office (FEO), P/Supt. Robert G. Po, Deputy Chief, FEO, P/Supt. Rolando B. Anduyan, Chief, Firearms Licensing Division, FEO, and P/Inspector Ernesto V. Esguerra, Chief, Individual Licensing, FEO, to COMMENT thereon within ten (10) days from notice hereof.
The Court further Resolved to DEFER ACTION on the Motion to Order the Suspension of Expiration of All Firearms Licenses Effective April 10, 2014, dated July 2, 2014 filed by counsel for petitioner in G.R.
