Flores General Accounting Manager S i r s : In reply to your letter dated March 24, 1988, please be informed that the use of loose leaf purchase journal and sales journal registered at the end of the fiscal year is already sufficient compliance with the registration requirement for the sales and purchase journals under Section 108 of the Tax Code as amended by EO 273 provided that such use has been authorized.
