Sarte White Dove Trading Co. 140 Nadurata Street Caloocan City M a d a m : This has reference to your letter dated March 29, 1988 requesting exemption from the value-added tax. Your company is exempted from VAT, in accordance with Section 103 (w) of the Tax Code as amended by E. O. 273.
