Arnulfo Ramirez Senior Vice-President S i r s : This has reference to your application for zero-rate on services rendered to: a) National Irrigation Administration b) National Electrification Administration c) National Power Corporation d) Agoo Water Supply System e) Local Water Utilities Administration In reply, please be informed that your transactions with above mentioned government entities cannot qualify for zero rate inasmuch as their tax exemption privilege have already been withdrawn by E.O. 93.
