Magsaysay Center 1680 Roxas Blvd., Malate, M.M. Dear Sir : This has reference to your letter dated March 9, 1988 requesting issuances of VAT Exemption Certificate. Your company is exempt from paying the value-added tax as provided by Sec. 103(c) of the Tax Code, as amended by E.O. 273. No certification is necessary to effect this exemption proviso.
