Guao Bedford Ave., Brookside Cainta Rizal Dear Sir : In reply to your query dated January 29, 1988, please be informed that: 1) Loadstar Shipping Co., Inc. 2) Loadstar International Shipping Inc. 3) North Sea Maritime Corporation are not covered by the value-added tax but are subject to the 3% common carrier's tax under Title V of the Tax Code.
