February 10, 2014 TIGBAUAN MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 003-14 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE K (SERVICE CHARGE FOR GARBAGE COLLECTION) TO ENVIRONMENTAL FEE FOR SERVICE & BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENTS & ARTICLE L (ENVIRONMENTAL FEE) TO ENVIRONMENTAL FEE FOR TOURISTS OF MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 2010-003 "AN ORDINANCE KNOWN AS THE REVISED REVENUE CODE OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF TIGBAUAN, PROVINCE OF ILOILO" Sponsored by: Honorable Ma. Gerrilyn Santuyo-Camposagrado, Chairperson, Committee on Environmental Protection, Housing, Land Utilization, Zonification, Assessment and Expropriation Seconded by: Hon. Jose Donel Trasporto, Hon. Virgilio Teruel, Hon. Ricky Nulada, Hon. Ariel Bernardo and Hon. Ronnie Paguntalan WHEREAS, Municipal Ordinance No. 2010-003 has been approved by the Sangguniang Bayan, this Municipality last March 3, 2010 and was forwarded for review to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan on March 12, 2010; HTcADC WHEREAS, Article K of Municipal Ordinance No. 2013-003 entitled "Service Charge for Garbage Collection" and Article L of Municipal Ordinance No. 2013-003 entitled "Environmental Fee" need to be amended for the reason that these are the more appropriate titles of the foregoing articles; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE SANGGUNIANG BAYAN THAT: SECTION 1. Title. This ordinance shall be known as "An Ordinance Amending Article K ( Service Charge For Garbage Collection ) to Environmental Fee For Service & Business Establishments & Article L ( Environmental Fee ) to Environmental Fee for Tourists of Municipal Ordinance No. 2010-003 "An Ordinance Known as the Revised Revenue Code of the Municipality of Tigbauan, Province of Iloilo." SECTION 2. Article K and L of Municipal Ordinance No. 2010-003 shall be amended, to wit: "ARTICLE K ENVIRONMENTAL FEE FOR SERVICE & BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENTS and ARTICLE L ENVIRONMENTAL FEE FOR TOURISTS" SECTION 3. Repealing Clause . All ordinances, executive orders, resolutions and or administrative regulations, or parts thereof, which may be inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed or modified accordingly. SECTION 4. Separability Clause . Any provision of this ordinance which shall be declared invalid shall not affect the other provisions not so declared, which shall remain in full force and effect. SECTION 5. Effectivity . This ordinance shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its approval and posting in three (3) conspicuous places in the municipality. ENACTED.
