Rellon, MPA City Vice Mayor TAGUM CITY TAX ORDINANCE NO. 001-11 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 227 OF TAX ORDINANCE NO. 07-001 OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE 2007 TAX CODE OF THE CITY OF TAGUM BE IT ORDAINED, by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Tagum in session assembled, that; SECTION 1. Section 227 of Tax Ordinance No. 07-001 reads as follows: SEC. 227. Packing Area and Service Charges. Packing area shall be designated within the vicinity of the Fish Landing of the Tagum City Public Market where inspection of fish, verification of packing procedures and collection of fees are made. For this purpose a service charge of Five Pesos (P5.00) per 30 kilos baera will be collected. xxx xxx xxx Shall be amended with additional subsection: Section 227. Packing Area and Service Charges. Packing area shall be designated within the vicinity of the Fish Landing of the TCPM where inspection of fish, verification of packing procedures and collection of fees are made. For this purpose a service charge of Five Pesos (P5.00) per 30 kilos baera will be collected. Section 227-A. Parking Fee. A Parking Fee and Educational Support Program Fee shall be collected on all Fish Cars unloading aquatic products at our Fish Landing Area as follows: HAaDcS Type of Vehicle Fees ESPF Elf and Jeep P50/unit/delivery P10/unit/delivery Forward and Trucks P100/unit/delivery P20/unit/delivery xxx xxx xxx SECTION 2.
