Tagudin Municipal Ordinance No. 058MS-XVII-17 RESOLUTION NO. 058MS-XVII-17 A RESOLUTION APPROVING ORDINANCENO.06, SERIES OF 2016, OF TAGUDIN, ILOCOS SUR ENTITLED: 2016 REVISEDREVENUE CODEOF THE MUNICIPALITY OFTAGUDIN, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS SUR WHEREAS , Section 468 (1) (i) of the Republic Act 7160 otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991 provides that the Sangguniang Panlalawigan has the power to review all ordinances approved by the sanggunians of component cities and municipalities; WHEREAS , Section 56 (c) of the same Act provides that if the sangguniang panlalawigan finds that such an ordinance or resolution is beyond the power conferred upon the sangguniang panlungsod or sangguniang bayan concerned, it shall declare such ordinance or resolution invalid in whole or in part; DETACa WHEREAS , Ordinance No. 06, Series of 2016, of Tagudin, Ilocos Sur entitled: 2016 Revised Revenue Code of the Municipality of Tagudin, Province of Ilocos Sur is not contrary to any existing law, rules and regulations and that the enactment of the Ordinance is within the power, duties and functions of the said LGU; NOW THEREFORE , the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Ilocos Sur, in session assembled, on motion of Hon. Pablito F. Sanidad, Jr., duly seconded by Hon. Ronnie R. Rapanut, RESOLVED as it is HEREBY RESOLVED to approve Ordinance No. 06, Series of 2016, of Tagudin, Ilocos Sur entitled: 2016 Revised Revenue Code of the Municipality of Tagudin, Province of Ilocos Sur.
