February 4, 1987 SEC-SMD * MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 09-87 TO : All Corporations Required To Submit Financial Statements SUBJECT : Submission of Additional Financial Statements All corporations required by the Commission to file financial statements shall submit three (3) copies thereof within the due dates required for the submission of the same under existing rules and regulations.
