January 15, 1987 SEC-SMD * MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 08-87 TO : Corporation Filing Petitions to Set Aside Suspension/Revocation Order SUBJECT : Filing Fee on Petitions to Set Aside Suspension/Revocation Order All corporations which filed petitions to set aside suspension/revocation order and whose petitions were found meritorious by the Commission are required to pay a filing fee of P200.00 in case of stock corporations and P100.00 for non-stock corporations before the issuance by the Commission of the Order setting aside the suspension/ revocation order. This Circular shall take effect 15 days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation. (SGD.) JULIO A. SULIT, JR.
