December 23, 1986 SEC-SMD * MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 07-86 TO : All Corporations SUBJECT : Extending the Period Within Which to Avail of the Amnesty on Late/Non-Submission of Reportorial Requirements In view of the many non-working days during the month of December, which is supposedly the last month within which to avail of the compromise penalties prescribed in Memorandum Circular No. 5, the Commission, in its SEC Res.
