July 21, 1993 SEC-SMD * MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 03-93 The following modified scale of fines for filing/submitting the General Information Sheet or Financial Statements beyond the prescribed period as mandated by existing rules and regulations by stock corporations with retained earnings shall become effective within fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation. LOPEZ Chairman NOTICE The general public is hereby informed that Memorandum Circular No. 3 SMD Series of 1993 on the modified scale of fines for stock corporations with retained earnings for late filing of General Information Sheet and Financial Statements which was published in the August 4, 1993 edition of Malaya shall apply to violations committed starting August 20, 1993. Hence, if the annual meeting according to the by-laws or the actual annual meeting falls on or the fiscal year ends on August 20, 1993 and the corresponding required report is filed beyond the prescribed period, the aforementioned scale of fines shall be applied for violation of the rules.
