D E C I S I O N At the second call of the above-entitled cases, counsel for the respondents manifested that the parties, upon suggestion by this Hearing Officer, have agreed the following in the presence and with the assistance of their respective counsels, to wit: LexLib 1. That SEC Case Nos. 4045, 4075 and 4129 and counterclaims (shall) be dismissed effective immediately; 2. That there will be no Philippine Veterans Legion convention to be held on June 28, 1992 by either party; 3. That the PVL convention to be participated by both parties and their respective members shall be held on December, 1992 at the date which shall be agreed upon by the parties during their joint meeting on July 25, 1992; 4. In the meantime, the parties shall hold office at their present respective offices. But for purposes of communication and other official acts, the official office address of the PVL shall be "PVAO Compound, Arroceros St., Manila". 5. With the dismissal of the above-entitled cases, the parties pray for the approval of the Amended Constitution and By-Laws of the PVL which is presently pending with the Corporate and Legal Department of this Commission. Once approved, the said amended By-Laws of the PVL shall be observed at the convention to be held on December, 1992 and thereafter. Finding the aforestated agreement to be not contrary to law, morals, good customs, public order or public policy, the same should be, as it is hereby, APPROVED and Decision is hereby rendered in accordance therewith. The parties are hereby enjoined to faithfully observed the aforestated Agreement from hereon.
