O R D E R The instant case having been rendered moot and academic by the holding of the election of the Teachers Association of Pangasinan on December 17, 1994, coupled with the fact that this Hearing Officer takes judicial notice that respondents herein have filed with this Commission an action relative to the foregoing elections under SEC Case No. 12-94-4950 , and there being no other practical relief which could be afforded considering the premises, let the instant case be therefore DISMISSED. llcd SO ORDERED.
