DE LOS REYES and MA. ANELIA M. DELOS REYES , petitioner . O R D E R It appearing that herein petitioners have already settled their obligation to the Philippine National Bank (PNB) in the total amount of P3,389,541.81, including interest and penalties, and considering that PNB had acknowledged receipt of payment of said obligation, and interposes no objection to petitioners' motion to dismiss, the instant petition should be, as it is hereby dismissed. llcd SO ORDERED.
