[SEC-SICD * CASE NO. 3953. January 22, 1992.] NEMESIO A. AGUILAR, JR. , petitioner , vs . EDUARDO G. FAUSTINO , respondent . D E C I S I O N A Compromise Agreement, signed by the parties, assisted by their respective counsels, having been submitted to this Commission, the terms and conditions of which read as follows: "1) That respondents will return to the petitioner the 5 pcs. PCFI corporate books and other pertinent documents such as reference books left in the possession of respondent Eduardo Faustino when petitioner N. Aguilar went to Guam last August 1990; 2) That petitioner will reimburse to Eduardo Faustino the total amount of FOUR THOUSAND SIX PESOS AND FIFTY SEVEN CENTAVOS (P4,006.57) only, representing official expenses incurred by the respondent during his function as officer of PCFI from March 1990 to December 1990; 3) That petitioner will return 1 pc. mechanical numbering machine belonging to the respondent; 4) Petitioner hereby ceased and desist from further prosecution of this case and moved for the dismissal of the same. and finding the same not contrary to law, moral and public policy, the said compromise agreement is hereby approved and judgment is hereby rendered in accordance therewith.
