O R D E R Acting upon the Defendants' Motion To Declare Petitioners Non-Suited For Their Non-Appearance Twice In The Two Preliminary Conference Despite Due Notice as well as the opposition thereto filed by the plaintiffs, and it appearing from the records that plaintiffs actually received the Order of this Hearing Officer dated February 14, 1995, setting the instant case for preliminary conference hearing last March 9, 1995, and it appearing further from the records that plaintiffs failed to attend the aforescheduled preliminary conference hearing last March 9, 1995, the motion should be, as it is hereby GRANTED, and plaintiffs are hereby declared non-suited and the instant case DISMISSED.
