D E C I S I O N This is a petition to declare the dissolution of the partnership, Oandasan, Acebedo, Cordon and Associates. LLpr In support thereof, it was alleged that on March 18, 1985, petitioner herein Ruben O. Acebedo; together with Attys. Regino G. Oandasan and Franklin A. Cordon, formally organized a partnership for the practice of law that the said partnership was registered with the Commission on May 17, 1985. Subsequently, in 1986 one of the partners, Atty. Regino G. Oandasan died, while Atty. Franklin Cordon withdrew from the partnership. Further, petitioner averred that as of the date of the filing of the petition on February 14, 1989, the partnership does not have any obligation to any third person and that its assets had been distributed to the heirs in accordance with the agreement. When the petition was heard on March 14, 1980, the petitioner presented and offered documentary evidence. After consideration of the evidence on hand, it appears to the satisfaction of this Hearing Officer that petitioner was able to prove the material allegations of the petition. LibLex WHEREFORE, judgment is hereby rendered declaring the partnership, Oandasan, Acebedo, Cordon and Associates dissolved pursuant to Article 1830 of the Civil Code of the Philippines.
